Drop us a email within 30 days of receiving your purchased product and we will offer you a easy, free return or full refund. It's that simple.

Details below:

To be eligible for a full refund or return, your item(s) must be unused in the same condition that you received it in. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund or return, we require a proof of purchase.

Partial refunds are granted in certain situations:

-  Purchased items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Purchased items that is returned after 30 days after delivery

How to start the refund process:

- Email info@yessmotive.com explaining the issue you have. 

- Wait for our response (usually 1-2 business days)

- If your return is accepted we will send you a delivery label with the address to send the product to.

- Once we have received and inspected the returned product (usually within 2-4 business days) we will email you if you are eligible for a refund. 

- If eligible a full refund, it will be debited back onto the same card you used to pay


Once your product is returned and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you we have received your returned product. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.
